The BTS ARMY is aware that Jungkook is the fittest and strongest among all the BTS members. Jungkook is a fitness freak and a gym enthusiast. The youngest BTS member loves to work out and spends much time in the gym.
However, Jungkook has never talked about his fitness routine. Fortunately, he shared a video on the micro-blogging site Twitter in which he showed his workout list on his phone. ARMY was quick to take a screenshot.

20 Squats
20 Pushups
20 Jump Squats
20 Shoulder exercises
10 plank shoulder blades
20 Mountain climbers
15 burpees
20 crunches
