Kareena Kapoor feels terrible about Jehangir’s name controversy: ‘why somebody would troll children’

When the name of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s second son were disclosed, the same things occured as when Taimur Ali Khan’s name was revealed.

Following Kareena’s younger son Jehangir’s name reveals, the same social media harassment continued. While Saif and Kareena kept quiet about it for a while, the Laal Singh Chaddha star finally came up in a recent interview and revealed why they named their boys Taimur and Jehangir.

Kareena admitted to The Guardian that she feels awful about the mocking that surrounds her children’s names, Taimur and Jeh. She said she and Saif liked the names and that’s all there is to it.

Kareena also expressed how she cannot understand how people can troll kids. She said, “Honestly, these are names that we just liked; it’s nothing else. They are beautiful names and they’re beautiful boys. It’s unfathomable why somebody would troll children. I feel terrible about it, but I have to just focus and get through it. I can’t be looking at my life through the trolls.”
