Priyanka Chopra bags another Hollywood movie alongside Singaporean director Anthony Chen and Sienna Miller

After just signing Ending Things with Anthony Mackie, Priyanka Chopra has landed another significant Hollywood movie. The actress will star in the next film alongside Singaporean director Anthony Chen and Sienna Miller. According to a source, the film will be based on Shilpi Somaya Gowda’s novel Secret Daughter. The movie version will be adapted by Shruti Ganguly.

For those unfamiliar with Gowda’s work Secret Daughter, the story is told through the eyes of two women who are linked by a kid. The plot is divided into two parts, one in San Francisco and the other in India. Kavita, a poor lady in India, is one of the two main protagonists. Who must make the difficult decision of giving her newborn daughter away to save her life. Simultaneously, Somer, a woman from San Francisco, discovers that she may never be able to have children. Eventually, Asha, a kid adopted from a Mumbai orphanage, brings the two together.

Secret Daughter is an emotive tale that is likely to provide some outstanding performances from both Chopra and Miller. The chances are that the movie will possibly be produced by Amazon Studios.

In The Matrix Resurrections, Chopra appeared opposite Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss. Citadel, a series from the Russo Brothers. Which also stars Richard Madden and is set to premiere this year. This will be the actress’s next appearance in Hollywood movie. However, the actress is also taking on roles in Bollywood with her next being Jee Lay Zara, alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
