Kim Kardashian posts images of herself and her daughter North from their trip to Lake Tahoe last summer

Kim Kardashian took a journey down memory lane after expressing her surprise that her daughter North would be turning nine in just a few weeks.

The 41-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Friday to share a few never-before-seen photographs from their family vacation to Lake Tahoe as she reminisced with her mini-me young kid.

‘Looking through my phone at pics on the lake last summer. My baby girl is turning 9 soon,’ she captioned two photos of herself and North from June, 2021.

Both photos show them grinning as they sat side by side in the sun, a protective life vest worn by an elementary school kid.

She also uploaded a throwback photo of herself kneeling in the sand with her young girl in 2015, when she was heavily pregnant with son Saint.

The SKIMS founder wore identical black bikinis with her then-tot, who was turned away from the camera, in an Instagram Story photo.

In June, Kardashian uploaded images of herself wearing the same dress while on a family trip over Independence Day weekend.

At the time, the mother-of-four posted a video of herself sliding into the lake while riding a wakeboard towed behind a speedboat.

Kardashian went right into the water in the amusing film just seconds after being told to’relax’ while holding on to a rope.

Despite the wipeout, the KKW Beauty founder remounted her azure blue Liquid Force wakeboard with ease and resumed speeding across the water’s surface.

Kim confirmed her sister Khloe Kardashian was with her on the vacation in a series of pictures, in which she joked about her younger sibling ‘not feeling’ her Céline Dion soundtrack.

Kardashian’s look back on last summer comes just weeks before her eldest child with ex-husband Kanye West celebrates his ninth birthday on June 15.

Kim celebrated North’s birthday last year by sharing never-before-seen behind-the-scenes photos from a First Lady-themed shoot she did for Interview magazine in 2017.

‘North, one day you will see these messages all printed out for you in the books I am making for you and so hope you feel the love because you bring so much love and joy into all of our lives!’ gushed the KUWTK alum.

The Hidden Hills, California resident added: ‘You are the silliest, most stylish, most creative person who knows exactly what they want in life! I’ve never met anyone like you!’
