Kim’s trainer has gone to her aid after the 41-year-old was chastised for displaying unattainable beauty standards, stating that the reality star did not sacrifice her health while attempting to squeeze into a Marilyn Monroe gown.

Kim has acknowledged to losing 16 pounds in preparation for the event.

“I believe one of the misunderstandings people have about Kim is that she works incredibly hard,” he told TMZ.

“I mean, I was there throughout the procedure, so it wasn’t like starving yourself.” I mean, she went on a really balanced diet and, you know, she wouldn’t eat as much at times. But the second thing was that she went to the gym and worked hard,” he continued.

Don was questioned if the reality star’s attitude was harmful, and he said, “No, not at all.” Not from my perspective or what I witnessed. We were working out twice a day, sometimes three times a day.”

The remarks follow actress Lili Reinhart’s statement that Kim’s “ignorance is other-worldly and repulsive” for gloating about her weight reduction journey.
