In March, Dangerous has selected album of the year at the 2022 ACM Awards, and Wallen performed at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, winning country male artist of the year.
Following the release of his inflammatory video, Morgan Wallen was barred from attending the 2021 Billboard Music Awards. He was also dismissed by WME and suspended by his record company, with iHeartMedia, SiriusXM, and Pandora removing his songs from their platforms.
