According to Express UK, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will not attend royal engagements on their own during their visit to the UK for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will allegedly ‘keep it simple’ during their stay at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, according to royal insiders.

They are only scheduled to attend the royal family’s Thanksgiving Service at St Paul’s Cathedral on Friday.

Apart from the ceremony, Harry and Meghan are anticipated to spend the Jubilee weekend in Windsor celebrating their daughter Lilibet’s first birthday with the Queen.

This comes amid concerns that they may ‘overshadow’ the Queen on her Jubilee; the visit will be the Sussexes’ first homecoming to the UK as a family since departing in 2020.
