Season 2 of “One of Us Is Lying” to debut on Netflix in Nov 2022

The second season of ‘One of Us Is Lying’, which is a Netflix Original in limited territories, will be added in November 2022.

Based on the New York Times best-selling novel by Karen M. McManus, One of Us Is Lying tells the story of what occurs when five high school students enter detention and only four survive.

Annalisa Cochrane, Chibuikem Uche, Marianly Tejada, Cooper van Grootel, Barrett Carnahan, and Jessica McLeod are among the cast members of the programme.

The premiere of the first season of One of is Lying aired on Peacock between October 7 and October 21, 2021. On February 18, 2022, Netflix acquired the international rights to the television series.

Here is a list of at least 33 Netflix countries that carry the show. The show is available in the majority of Netflix locations, barring Netflix USA, Canada, and Australia.

The show is only available on Peacock in the United States.

In Australia, Stan acquired the rights. In Canada, the show is shown by Global.

The show was renewed for a second season one month prior to Netflix’s acquisition of season 1 and premiere of Peacock on October 20, 2022.

We have confirmation that Netflix will acquire season 2 of One of Us Is Lying in select territories on November 16, 2022, little than a month after the premiere of Peacock.

The second season consists of eight new episodes, and Erica Saleh assumed the role of showrunner.

Per Peacock, here is the second season’s official plot summary:

“Following the heart-pounding conclusion of Season One, the Bayview Four have a very deadly secret. In Season Two we’ll see just how far they’ll go to protect their secret, themselves, and each other.”
