The countdown to the theatrical release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has started, and Marvel Studios is enthusing fans daily with the promotional content.

Wakanda is preparing to face Namor, who is attacking the “surface world” with the Talocans in a recent thrilling clip released by the studio.

The trailer teases the “return” of Wakanda’s protector as M’Baku (Winston Duke) can be heard saying “Black Panther lives” during what appears to be an epic climactic battle.

The newly released video only serves as a preview of the film’s frantic action and festive atmosphere.

The movie, which had its world premiere last week, received praise for being “cathartic, epic, and a Beautiful Tribute,” according to early reviews.

Fans are anticipating the film for a variety of reasons, including their desire to learn who will play the next Black Panther, their desire to revisit the mythology and mysteries of Wakanda, and their desire to watch it in memory of the late actor Chadwick Boseman.

The cast and crew have revealed that the film is an ode to the late actor.

After King T’Challa’s death, Wakanda Forever depicts the country as being in mourning. The trailers depict a gloomy scene while also highlighting the excitement of returning to the made-up Kingdom.

This time, Wakanda has to contend with two fresh foes, including Namor the Submariner, who seeks to defend the Talocan people.

Since Wakanda made itself accessible to the rest of the world, his kingdom is exposed to outsiders. Actor Tenoch Huerta confirmed Namor will be the first mutant we see on the big screen while also describing his character as an anti-hero.

While the Submariner’s comic book origins are in Atlantis, the MCU has given the character a Mesoamerican mythology backdrop by giving him the name K’uk’ulkan (also spelled Kukulkan), the deity revered by the Yucatec Maya people as the Feather Serpent God.

The fact that he is referred to as a “god” in the film is noteworthy because Moon Knight and Thor: Love and Thunder just recently introduced us to the concept of MCU gods.

The outside world, which is left in the wake of the kingdom’s precious metal after discovering its King dead, is another conflict that Wakanda faces.

The Queen Ramonda played by Angela Bassett is shown in the trailers giving a very stern speech to the UN. M’Baku, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Angela Bassett as Queen Ramonda, Danai Gurira as Okoye, and Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross are at the forefront of this battle.

Newcomers Dominique Thorne and Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, will be introduced in the new film. The sequel will be directed by Ryan Coogler again, and Joe Robert Cole will contribute to the writing.

On November 11, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever makes its theatrical debut.
