Jamie Lee Curtis wants to return to Freaky Friday and any film...
Jamie Lee Curtis expressed her feelings on receiving her first Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress for the movie Everything Everywhere All at Once on Instagram. Jamie posted photos of herself shot by a friend at the time she learned she had been nominated, along with a video of her astonished reaction, on Instagram.
Halloween Ends was one of the most contentious movies to come out of this genre in 2022. Since Star Wars: The Last Jedi, this Michael Myers and Laurie Strode epic conclusion received the broadest spectrum of reviews. The dust has finally settled on Michael’s funeral after a few months, and this week, Halloween Ends will be released on Blu-ray. Universal has released a new behind-the-scenes look at the movie in advance of its premiere, spotlighting Jamie Lee Curtis’ legacy as Laurie Strode.

The caption was written by Jamie “SURPRISE APPEARS LIKE THIS! Debbie Oppenheimer, one of my oldest friends, texted me at 5:15 to ask if she could watch the announcements with me while she sat in front of my house. We clasped hands. I had no idea she was a photographer.”
She went on to write, “Not even in my box of wildest dreams was it. I have always felt like an outsider looking in, but I have also always been incredibly appreciative of any and all opportunities I have been given. The pinnacle of my professional career has been being a part of this gorgeous film.”
Jamie Lee Curtis has received her first Academy Award nomination.
