She, on the other hand, tries out a variety of workout routines, such as Pilates, yoga, strength training, core-building exercises, and others. Kriti Sanon wrote in the caption of a video of herself that she shared on Instagram on Tuesday, “And you thought treadmills were meant to walk or run on?! Let’s go the tribe’s way with this! # TreadmillCoreChallenge. @karansawhney11 The following time, we’ll accelerate.” Kriti performs a twisting plank on the treadmill in the video. It begins with Kriti, wearing a black sports bra with a printed racerback, holding the plank position with a neutral back while balancing a double-wheel roller tool on a moving treadmill. She does the workout perfectly while working her core and breathing normally.

Kriti’s fans flooded the comments section with praise after she posted the clip. “Speeds defo going up next time,” her trainer said. “Brilliant” was one user’s comment. “Fitness queen and motivational idol to all of us,” said another. “The way you motivate everyone for fitness,” a fan said. “This is insane,” wrote another fan.

Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, was last seen with Kartik Aaryan in Shehzada. The movie came out on February 17. It is an official remake of the 2020 Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Rohit Dhawan.
