Aishwarya Rai claimed to be “in dreadful form”

Aishwarya Rai mentioned her 1999 film Aa Ab Laut Chalen in an old interview, saying that she and Akshaye Khanna “had a lot at stake” together. Aishwarya, who won the title of Miss World in 1994, claimed that “a portion of the industry and the media had written her off” when asked why she made the statement.

Aishwarya had also spoken out about what was said about her in the media – from being labeled ‘a cold fish, a non-actress’ to being informed she was ‘in a dreadful shape’. Given that she was “receiving at least two offers every day,” Aishwarya claimed that she was “hassle-free” despite what had been stated about her.

“The media claims that I am in poor health. My movies aren’t performing well, and I’m supposed to be a chilly fish and non-actor. Because I feel hassle-free, (I look so hassle-free), thank you. Every day, I receive at least two offers. But I’m waiting; I prefer to think things through before doing “In 1999, Aishwarya spoke to Filmfare. The actor stated that the faith that the producers, directors, distributors exhibited in her ‘kept her going’.

Aishwarya had said, “Boy, it does,” when asked if being dubbed a non-actress upset her. Just give me some space. I’ll disprove everyone because I’m developing daily. I’m really enjoying the time of my life right now. I’ve been written off by a portion of the industry and the media, but I’m ready to go. He was astounded that I performed the piece without any fanfare. He assumed it would be hard for me to describe the feelings because I haven’t ever felt agony or sadness. I suppose my life is seen as… a fairy tale, and it’s been forgotten that I’m also human.

In 2007, Aishwarya wed Abhishek Bachchan in Mumbai. Aaradhya Bachchan, who turned 11 last year, is their daughter. Aishwarya last appeared in the Tamil film Ponniyin Selvan by Mani Ratnam (2022). Vikram, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, and Karthi were among the other actors in the movie.
