Soni Razdan writes a birthday card for Alia Bhatt’s “twin” and posts

Actress Alia Bhatt’s mother, seasoned performer Soni Razdan, wrote a lengthy statement for daughter as she turned 30. Soni shared a photo collage of herself and Alia on Instagram. A young Soni Razdan was captured in a close-up photo wearing a crimson bindi and earrings while addressing the camera. In the other image, Alia was smiling and was wearing a black bindi and earrings. In the photos, they were both sporting rust lipstick.

Soni shared the picture with the comment, “Happy birthday to your tiny twin, please. We share a liking for bhindi and baingan (ladyfinger and brinjal) in addition to certain visual similarities. Unlike our other two family members, we also appear to walk and speak similarly and have similar philosophies.”

She said, “Aside from these few exceptions, you are absolutely unique and your own person, and I am so proud of the amazing woman you are growing into. I adore you my dear because you positively impact the world in a variety of ways. May love and health be at your side as you continue on your exciting adventure (black heart emojis).”

The actor Archana Puran Singh responded to the post by saying, “Alia, happy birthday. I adore you and send you my best wishes for all you want.” Happy happy to your pudding (red heart emoji) and to you (hug face emoji), the actor Divya Seth posted on Twitter. According to celebrity hairdresser Priyanka Borkar, “To the best child there is, happy birthday. She is a carbon copy of you, ma’am.” Like mother, like daughter, was written in a comment. Another admirer remarked, “She looks exactly like you.”

Alia received congratulations from her loved ones on her special day on Wednesday. On social media, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Alia’s sister-in-law Neetu Kapoor posted meaningful birthday messages.

Referring to Alia as her “wishing Bahurani a happy birthday on Instagram Stories, Neetu wrote (crown symbol). Love and more love only.” She included Alia’s elegant picture with this sweet note. Riddhima wished Alia a happy birthday on her Instagram Stories while posting a picture of her.

In the upcoming love drama Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, directed by Karan Johar, Alia will star alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The movie is scheduled to premiere on July 28. Together with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra, she also stars in the upcoming film Jee Le Zara from filmmaker Farhan Akhtar.
