The Grammy Awards nominations for 2024 are here, and SZA is in the spotlight with an impressive nine nominations. The Recording Academy shared the list for the 66th annual awards ceremony.
SZA takes the lead with nine nominations
SZA, the R&B star who is 34 years old, got nine Grammy nominations for her great work. Her album “SOS” is up for Album of the Year, and her popular song “Kill Bill” is nominated for both Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
Other notable nominees
After SZA, Phoebe Bridgers, Serban Ghenea, and Victoria Monét got seven Grammy nominations each. Others like Jack Antonoff, Jon Batiste, boygenius, Brandy Clark, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, and Taylor Swift also received six nominations each.

Taylor Swift, who is 33, is creating a buzz with her album “Midnights,” which could win Album of the Year. If she does, she’ll be the first artist to win this award four times. Her popular song “Anti-Hero” is also nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Miley Cyrus, who is 30, got more Grammy nominations than ever before, beating her previous record of two. Her song “Flowers” is up for Record of the Year and Song of the Year, and her album “Endless Summer Vacation” is in the running for Album of the Year.
Olivia Rodrigo shines
At just 20 years old, Olivia Rodrigo has made a big impact in major Grammy categories. Her album “GUTS” is up for Album of the Year, making her one of the youngest artists ever nominated in this category. Her song “vampire” is also nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
