Bharti Singh Afraids Of Losing Her Mother, who contracted Coronavirus

Laughter queen Bharti Singh breaks down into tears on the stage of ‘Dance Deewane’ saying her mother diagnosed with Covid 19.

Talking about her mother’s health made Bharti Singh emotional on the screen. The second wave of Covid is massively spreading all around India and every minute a new case test positive. The shortage of Oxygen Cylinders in India is becoming the major reason for death.

This week on ”Dance Deewane”, the host Bharti Singh broke down into tears while she revealed that her mother tested positive for Covid. Now she is battling with Covid, Bharti said “Corona is making us cry, and taking so many lives. My mother has tested positive. On-call, my mother revealed how there was an uncle in the neighbourhood who had passed away.”

The number of people infected by COVID-19 in India crossed 9.74 million; nearly eleven – months after the country reported its first case. Hospitals are experiencing shortages of oxygen for patients and, as people try to get hold of their own supplies, online misinformation has been spreading.

Bharti said, “Ye Corona itna rula raha hai, itni jaane le raha hai. Meri khud ki mummy ko Covid ho gaya tha. Mummy ka phone ata tha ki saamne ek uncle hai unki death ho gayi. Mummy roti thi. Mere ko ye darr tha ki mere ko to ye phone nahi aega na. Itna zyada tod diya hai Corona ne.”

She shared that they want to have a baby but she doesn’t want to cry like this. Bharti’s reaction came after a contestant performed an act that narrated the story of a mother losing her 14-day old baby to the virus.
