Ashneer Grover of Shark Tank announces autobiography Doglapan

Ashneer Grover, a co-founder of BharatPe, just revealed the title of his memoir, “Doglapan: The Hard Truth about Life and Start-ups.” Mr. Grover, the most well-liked judge on the reality series “Shark Tank India,” claimed on LinkedIn that his book will aid readers in finding clarity in their lives.
“Is kitaab ko padhne ke baad ya to aap ek dum naukri chhod doge aur apni start up pe lag jao ge ya fir zindagi bhar naukri hi karoge. At least beech mein nahi phase rahoge (After reading this book, either you will leave your job and begin your own start-up, or you will spend your entire life as an employee. At least you would not be stuck in the middle.),” Mr Grover wrote.

Penguin India is the publisher of Mr. Grover’s book, which will be available on December 26. The businessman referred to himself in his post as Start-up India’s favourite and most misunderstood poster boy.

“This is the unfettered story of Ashneer Grover-the favourite and misunderstood poster boy of Start-up India. Raw, gut-wrenching in its honesty and completely from the heart, this is storytelling at its finest,” Mr Grover wrote on LinkedIn.

Separately, the co-founder of BharatPe claimed on Thursday that “Doglapan” is not a book of self-help. Mr. Grover tweeted, revealing a sample of the book’s 15 chapters, “I don’t do that s**t.”

His memoir begins with the chapter titled “Malviya Nagar – Where it all began”. Separate chapters were also devoted by Mr. Grover to his time at Grofers, his marriage to Madhuri Jain, the beginning of the BharatPe narrative, and Shark Tank India.
