The close-knit Carters dressed up as The Proud Family for Halloween, as Queen Bey, their husband Jay-Z, and all three of their children revealed on Instagram on November 3.

The 10-year-old Blue Ivy, who plays Penny Proud, exudes vitality in the picture. The teenage Grammy winner can be seen sporting a maroon cardigan, an off-white blouse with an enormous collar, and red leggings. She has her hair up in pigtails like Penny does in the anime series, which ran from 2001 to 2005.
