Rupert Grint, a British actor who gained worldwide recognition for his legendary performances in the Harry Potter series of fantasy movies, astounded his fans with brand-new, youthful photos that have gone viral.

Rupert, who is most known for his role as Ron Weasley in the classic movies, was seen yesterday on his way to see the Christmas lights in London.

At the joyous occasion, the actor stood on stage to declare the lighting of the candles before joining the crowd to take photographs.

In 2001, with Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter and Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, Rupert, then 34, made his acting debut as Ron.

Rupert, who was cast in the part at the age of eleven, played Ron in every movie until the final one entered theatres in 2011.
