Camille and Emily’s friendship just yet would be premature. Even though things “are even more complicated” now that her character is pregnant, Emily in Paris star Camille Razat exclusively revealed to the news that she isn’t losing hope in Camille’s friendship with Lily Collins’ Emily.

In season four, Camille expressed her hope that Emily and she will remain friends. Lily expressed similar optimism, suggesting that Emily watches the child when the time comes.

However, since her character Mindy was already a nanny, as co-star Ashley Park noted, perhaps Mindy should be in charge of babysitting. She’s not a good one, Ashley said, so perhaps not. After Camille dumped Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) at the altar in the season three finale’s cliffhanger, she declared that Emily and Gabriel should be together because they are obviously in love. Even though both Emily and Gabriel acknowledged that they had feelings for one another, the French chef pointed out that there was a fourth party to take into account that wasn’t Emily’s British boyfriend Alfie (Lucien Laviscount).

“There’s something you don’t know,” Gabriel told Emily in the final moment of episode 10. “Camille didn’t come back from Greece to revive our relationship. She came back to tell me that she’s pregnant.”

Emily merely retorted, “Oh my god.” similar, girl. Same.

According to the actress who plays Camille, “I think sometimes when you’re in a relationship for such a long time, if there is lack of spiciness, if there is lack of passion, I think maybe it’s time to move on,” when asked why Camille decided to break up with Gabriel.
