Justin Beiber wows his fans on first wedding anniversary
Singer Justin Beiber and wife Hailey Bieber celebrated their first anniversary by...
Over an empty orange screen, Bieber wrote, “I didn’t approve [sic] any of the merchandise collection that they placed up at H&M. All without my permission and approval.” “SMH, IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN’T BUY IT.”
“The H&M MERCH THEY MADE OF ME IS TRASH AND I DIDN’T APPROVE IT DONT BUY IT,” the “Baby” crooner continued.
Fans shared images of other items from the collection on Twitter, such as sweatshirts that read “World Tour” and a phone case that had the lyrics to his song “Ghost,” despite the fact that only one item from the collection appears to still be available for purchase on H&M’s US website — a canvas tote bag ($15) printed with photos of Bieber.
Following Bieber’s social media outburst, some of his 270 million fans rushed the H&M Instagram account, pleading with the retailer to take down the purportedly unauthorized item.
On the company’s most recent post, one user wrote, “Why you selling Justin’s stuff w/o his knowledge… that’s sketchy,” and another added, “Shame on you.”
Without Justin’s consent, using his name and brand? I hope he and his team file a lawsuit against you guys! A third supporter spoke out.
A spokeswoman for the business informed in a statement that “H&M followed proper approval procedures, as with all other licenced products and partnerships.”
