The young girl of Kane Brown is enjoying an important occasion! The country musician, 29, and his wife Katelyn, 30, shared a heartfelt Instagram message in honor of their daughter Kodi Jane’s first birthday.

The couple’s song “Thank God” can be heard playing in the background as Brown dances while holding Kodi and their 3-year-old daughter Kingsley Rose in his arms.

The couple shared a snapshot of their family posing for a picture in front of a grey background that was hanging as an ornament on a Christmas tree earlier this week as they spent their first Christmas as a family of four.

For the picture shoot, Brown dressed in a formal, vivid green button-up shirt in a timeless black suit. His wife was dressed in a white two-piece gown with a white choker necklace and long, sparkling silver earrings as accessories.

Their children donned more laid-back outfits, with Kingsley giving a peace sign while grinning in white shorts, a black t-shirt, and her hair in a high ponytail, and Kodi grinning in a multicolored onesie.

On their shared Instagram account, the family proudly posted the picture with the caption: “Merry Christmas and a joyous holiday season, #KBFamily! We wish you a day full of love and family.”

Kingsley’s third birthday was celebrated by the family with a pink butterfly-themed celebration last month. A number of stunning images from the magical celebration, which included balloon arches, an enchanted-appearing tent, and a bouncy house with Kingsley’s name on it, were shared by Katelyn.

“Cannot believe our baby girl is 3! We love you so much and you are our whole world!” Katelyn captioned her post on Instagram. “Your light shines so brightly and I love watching you turn into the person you are meant to be 💕.”

In an exclusive interview with Gayle King in October, the country star discussed his position as a father and life with his two children.

When asked if he deliberated about the kind of dad he wanted to be before having children, Brown responds that he “always knew that I was going to strive to be there.”

“I just always wanted to give them the life that I never had,” added Brown.
