Night Shyamalan, is scheduled to debut in theatres on February 3, 2023. The renowned writer-director has released a new poster for the next horror thriller movie, which features the silhouettes of the four kidnappers from the plot encircling the titular cabin. The artwork was released just before the start of the New Year.

The story of Andrew (Jonathan Groff) and Eric (Ben Aldridge), who take their adopted daughter Wen (Kristen Cui), on a vacation to a remote cottage in the woods, is told in the 2018 novel The Cabin at the End of the World written by Paul Tremblay. In this location, Dave Bautista’s character Leonard and a number of other strangers (Rupert Grint, Nikki Amuka-Bird, and Abby Quinn) approach Wen.

The four people in the poster Shyamalan shared kidnap the family and inform them that one of them must be sacrificed in order to rescue the planet. The abrupt cataclysmic occurrences that start happening all across the world seem to imply that there might be some type of truth to what is happening, even though they initially don’t believe it. Therefore, the issue arises: Will they decide to save humanity as a whole or someone they love?

Shyamalan posted the new poster to Twitter and expressed his admiration for the final artwork in the caption. “The final poster is gorgeous. Like an old noir movie. My favorite posters are the striking ones. It has a lot of retro elements. I can’t wait until you see it in a theatre.” The four strangers’ white silhouettes are seen on the poster as they surround the cabin, towering over it and casting lengthy, scarlet shadows against the completely black background.

Along with co-writers Steve Desmond and Michael Sherman, Shyamalan also acts as the project’s director and screenwriter. Along with Marc Bienstock and Ashwin Rajan, Shyamalan produced the movie as well. Steven Schneider, Christos V. Konstantakopoulos, and Ashley Fox served as executive producers.
