Specialists recommend over-the-counter (OTC) allergy medication. Another treatment is the nasal irrigation treatment that works by sending clean water through the nasal passage to remove allergens. Another curable method can be the use of nasal sprays. For serious allergies, one can use immunotherapy.
In order to prevent allergies in this season, keep protective casing over the bedding. To add moisture in your indoor environment, use a humidifier. In addition to this, vacuum your homes and carpets regularly. Also, keep your clothes, beddings, and covers clean. Furthermore, avoid leaks and openings.
