Lemon and turmeric, both have the tendency to cut extra fat from your body. Seasonal vegetables like, carrots, bell peppers, capsicum, broccoli, etc. and bring them to boil. Add finely chopped spring onions to taste and a dash of turmeric. Finally, sprinkle some cumin powder. Eat this every night and see some magical things happening to your body.
