Another 187 meters will be added to the building to reach the topping up point.
According to the international news agency, the ground plus 78-storey tower will be composed of 188 upscale hotel rooms and suites, extensive conference facilities, Grade A offices, and 229 uniquely branded residences. It forms part of the Uptown Dubai cluster being developed by DMCC, which has also made JLT.
Apart from these, the LEED Gold Certified Building will also have DMCC’s Business Hub.
The Office zone structure of the building is being completed. Work is transitioning to the hotel zone in the next stage. Moreover, Façade work has begun through to level 14.
Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, DMCC, said, “As Uptown Tower moves towards completion, DMCC steps closer to bolstering the world-class business hub that we have created here in Dubai.”
