THIS is the dramatic moment Russian tanks were destroyed by Ukrainian forces as a driver hastily leapt out of one and fled for his life.

The trucks erupt into fireballs after being blasted during Vladimir Putin’s tumultuous assault, according to shocking footage.

In the first video, a Russian tank, perhaps a T-72, is shown slowly advancing before being smashed by mortar fire.

A horrified Russian soldier can be seen exiting from within the tank as it explodes into flames and plumes of black smoke fill the sky.

He can be seen hurriedly scrambling away as the fire engulfs the tank, destroying it.

Another Russian tank explodes after being meticulously targeted by Ukrainian soldiers, starting a conflagration under a cloud of dense black smoke, according to further footage.

As Putin’s invasion of Ukraine continues to stall, Russian forces have lost hundreds of vehicles, including 600 tanks and over 1700 other armoured vehicles.

After being blasted by Kyiv’s soldiers, several of their burnt-out shells now litter the ground.

Ingenious Ukrainian mechanics, on the other hand, have been hard at work fixing those that can be salvaged and used against Russian forces.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, Russia has become one of the key exporters of armaments to their adversary.

“We collect awards and put them to use to safeguard Ukraine,” he explained.

“Today, Russian forces are, in reality, one of our army’s equipment providers.”

Demoralized Russian troops are allegedly switching sides as resolute Ukrainian forces continue to fight back Putin’s army.

Captured Russian troops have created their own unit and are training alongside their new Ukrainian compatriots.

A guy claiming to be a former Russian soldier claims to be a member of the so-called Freedom of Russia legion in a video broadcast on the Telegram app.

On Wednesday, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry announced on Telegram that commanders in this new legion are visiting incarcerated Russian troops to choose individuals who would swap sides and participate in Ukraine’s battle.

In a subsequent article, it was said that the “first volunteers” of ex-Russian forces had “already began” their training.
