Iryna Venediktova is compiling evidence of thousands of war crimes perpetrated by Russian forces with the help of her team. Putin “wants to destroy Ukraine and murder all Ukrainians, that is his objective,” she has declared. Ms Venediktova stated that Russia’s involvement of genocide in Ukraine is obvious.

However, as a prosecutor, she stated that she must gather evidence, particularly in locations like Mariupol, which is under siege.

Russian forces have been assaulting Ukraine for over two months, and the horrific pictures of the war’s crimes, such as mass graves, rapes, and tortures of innocent victims, have generated international criticism of Russia.

“I will provide you the proof when I get access to this region,” Ukraine’s chief prosecutor told Sky News, referring to the beleaguered Mariupol.

She went on to outline Putin’s heinous policy, which is divided into two sections, according to Ms Venediktova, and is enforced by the supreme commander.

She stated, ” “They’ve devised Plan A: towns should submit.

“If a city refuses to succumb, they go to Plan B: terrify the inhabitants to death.”

“Killing, rape, torture, and other heinous acts.”

Ms Venediktova was asked if she felt Russia had pre-planned the execution-style shooting of people before the invasion “I believe that is their head of commander’s approach, as we have seen similar strategies in other nations.

“It’s a military plan.”

Ms Venediktova previously stated that 1,222 persons had been confirmed deceased in the Kyiv area.

She stated that a war crimes inquiry has commenced, with 500 people identified thus far.

Senior Russian army officials as well as Russian politicians are among them.

According to the head prosecutor, the number of war crimes has already surpassed 8,000.

She also stated that rescue personnel found the corpses of 26 individuals in the wreckage of two demolished apartment complexes in Borodyanka earlier this month.

“Only the civilian population was targeted: there is no military facility here,” she asserted.
