Sergiy Gaiday, the local governor, stated that “the Russians had some success at night” in the city.

Gaiday stated that Moscow was “accumulating more and more equipment” to encircle Severodonetsk and neighbouring Lysychansk.
A six-year-old kid was among the three people killed by shelling in Lysychansk, across the river from Severodonetsk, in the past 24 hours.
