Australia has announced to lift lockdown under a three-step plan to reopen the country’s economy by July.
According to details, Australia has banned public gatherings and unnecessary travel to avoid the spread of coronavirus in the country.
Australia has 6, 914 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Out of these, 97 people have died whereas 6, 079 people have recovered. There are now 738 active cases of coronavirus.
Australian Prime Minister had talked to the press conference on Friday following a national cabinet meeting. He said that it was time to re-open the country.

The Prime Minister said that lockdown will be based in three stages. In the first stage, more people will be allowed to visit each other’s homes.
Morrison also added that students will be allowed to go to schools. Restaurants, retail stores, and cafes would be allowed to reopen. In addition to this, thirty people will be able to attend the funeral. ten people can go to a wedding.
Apart from that, up to 20 people will be allowed to go to places such as cinemas and gatherings.
In step three, up to 100 people will be allowed to gather at once.
