Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed through television on Friday (May 15), said that the coronavirus situation is better in Pakistan than the predicted cases.

According to the details, the prime minister addressed to the nation on TV and discussed the current situation of the country after COVID-19 outbreak.

Khan said, the coronavirus cases are increasing but fortunately, our recent figure is less than the predicted number which was 52,000.

While announcing the money for the unemployed from Monday through the Corona Relief Fund, the Prime Minister said that it was our obligation to ease the lockdown.

The Prime Minister said that where cases were declining, cases are coming up again. When people get relief from lockdown again, the virus starts spreading again. This year, we have to fight this coronavirus.

He said that easing of lockdown is our responsibility, pressure on doctors and hospitals will increase, there is a danger of further spread of coronavirus in the country.

Referring to public transport, the Prime Minister said that the closure of public transport makes life difficult for the poor and the poor have been more affected by the COVID-19.

He said that every effort has been made to provide all facilities to the construction industry. The purpose of opening the construction industry was to provide maximum employment to the people.

Khan said, it is our responsibility to follow the SOPs and the guidelines to fight against the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
