Ministry of Foreign affairs said that Pakistan strongly condemns multiple missiles and drone attacks towards Riyadh, Najran, and Jazan by the Houthi militia.

According to the details, Islamabad condemned on Wednesday (Jun 24) the missile and drone attacks towards Riyadh and other cities of Saudi Arabia.

The sources said that the missile and drone attacks were carried out by the Houthi militia.

It is to be noted that the Houthi movement fired missiles that reached the Saudi capital on Tuesday (Jun 23).

The sources also said that two large explosions could be heard in Riyadh near dawn and smoke has risen into the sky.

The Houthis said that they attacked the Saudi military base and defense ministry while a Saudi-led military coalition said it had shot a rocket down, making no reference to goals.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs said we call for the immediate cessation of these attacks.

The MoFA also said, “Pakistan reiterates its full support and solidarity with Saudi Arabia against any threats to its security and territorial integrity.”
