Tiger Force to play its role in enforcing SOPs: Governor Sindh

Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has said that the Tiger Force will play its role in enforcing SOPs to save the people from Coronavirus.

According to details, a meeting was held at Governor House under the chairmanship of Governor Sindh Imran Ismail in which other issues including activation of Tiger Force in Sindh were discussed.

Imran Ismail said that the Tiger Force is being fully activated across the province. In the current situation, the Tiger Force has been given an important national responsibility.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail further said that the youth of Tiger Force would inform the people about the precautionary measures and measures to be taken against COVID-19 while also playing their role in enforcing SOPs.

Members of Provincial Assembly Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Jamal Siddiqui and others participated in the meeting while Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Youth Affairs Usman Dar participated through video link.

It is to be noted that in the last 24 hours, 4728 more cases and 65 deaths have been reported from Coronavirus in Pakistan.

103,671 people have been tested positive for coronavirus in the country and 2,067 patients have been died of it.
