Jaggery contains carotene, nicotine, acid, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C as well as iron and phosphorus.

It is beneficial for various ailments like cough, asthma, cough, stomach worms etc. It also improves digestion, relieves constipation and gastric problems.

People with arthritis or knee pain and inflammation should use 5 grams of Jaggery and 5 grams of ginger powder. This will not only relieve the knee pain but also reduce the swelling. Similarly, using a little jaggery and roasted ginger with warm water before going to bed relieves chronic cold and pain.

Constipation is the root cause of many physical ailments. It can also cause painful illnesses such as haemorrhoids. People who have constipation should definitely use jaggery.

Another benefit of jaggery is that if a patient is not getting rid of malaria fever, then mix black cumin and jaggery powder and take the mixture.

Migraines are becoming more common in our society due to stress. To get rid of it, mix 12 grams jaggery in 6 grams ghee and eat it for a few days before sunrise in the morning and at night while sleeping.

Elderly men and women often complain of back pain. If they mix jaggery in 50 grams of celery powder and eat 5 grams of this mixture in the morning and 5 grams in the evening, it will help them.

If you want to get rid of obesity, use Jaggery instead of sugar.
