The Prime Minister Imran Khan has sent an impassioned message to the nation on the occasion of Defence Day on September 6.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the day of September 6 is a reflection of the unparalleled spirit of courage and sacrifice of the brave armed forces which was proved to the world 55 years ago by the Armed Forces and the zealous nation.
PM Imran Khan said that this nation and the armed forces have proved that quantity does not matter because it is passion, enthusiasm and courage that matters the most.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan’s efforts of peace should not be considered as our weakness as the world should realize that our desire for peace is for the economic welfare and prosperity of the people of South Asia.
The Prime Minister said that we need to work together for peace and for the bright future of future generations.
He said that Pakistan’s determined nation and brave armed forces are fully capable of defending the country and are fully prepared to face any kind of situation.
The Prime Minister also acknowledged the sacrifices of martyrs on the occasion of September 6 and renewed the commitment to defend the sovereignty of our beloved country.
The Prime Minister said that India had violated the UN Charter by repealing Articles 370 and 35A and had imposed terror and fear on innocent Kashmiris.
He said that India was also behaving aggressively on the Line of Control and the purpose of these provocations was to divert the world’s attention from Indian atrocities in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
