Sukkur: A crocodile attacked children near Saleh Pat in Sukkur district of Sindh.
According to details, the 4-foot-long crocodile attacked the children playing around the Nara Canal, but fortunately, the children narrowly escaped the attack.
Residents say the children are safe and the crocodile has been caught and released into the Nara Canal.
On August 14, an 8-year-old was attacked and eaten alive by a gigantic crocodile.
The shocking incident took place on the banks of Saleh Pat Nara Canal where a crocodile swallowed an 8-year-old girl.
Residents said the crocodile was more than 16 feet long and after swallowing the baby, the crocodile disappeared into the water.
Wildlife department sources say there are more than 300 crocodiles in the Nara Canal, a delta channel built on the left bank of the Indus River in Sindh, so people should avoid going there.
