Honour killing: Man kills wife in Multan

MULTAN: Another heinous crime against women took place in Multan. A man in Jalalpur Pirwala Tehsil admitted to killing his wife because he doubted her character.

Mumtaz, the suspect, is presently in police custody after killing his wife four days ago and dumped her body near their home.

Mumtaz informed his brother of his conduct, claiming that he did it because he was suspicious of her character.

According to the initial police investigation, the man killed his wife as an “honour killing” and then buried her to remove all evidence.

The death and burial site were revealed to police after the suspect’s brother notified them of the incident.

Man rapes a daughter of a handicapped person at gunpoint in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD:  In the locality of Rodala in Faisalabad, a 12-year-old daughter of a handicapped person was allegedly sexually assaulted by a neighbor at gunpoint.

According to reports, an armed man named Ramzan was detained by local police after allegedly barging into his neighbor’s home and sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

According to police officials, the incident occurred while the girl was alone at her home. The perpetrator assaulted the 12-year-old as well.

Locals gathered around the house in response to the victim’s screams, while the accused fled the scene while waving the weapon in the air.

Following the victim’s family’s complaint, law enforcement agencies filed a report and apprehended her in a nearby area.
