In Peshawar, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts rain, wind, thunderstorms, isolated hailstorms, and hill snowfall from Sunday evening or night through Tuesday.
According to the current synoptic situation, a westerly wave is expected to enter Balochistan on Sunday night and then affect the northern regions of Pakistan by Monday.
During this time, cloudy conditions are anticipated along with light to moderate rain, wind, thunderstorms, and hill snowfall in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Buner, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Nowshera, Peshawar, Mohmand, Bajaur, Khyber, Kurram, Kohat, Bannu, Waziristan, and Dera Ismail Khan from Sunday evening/night onwards for the following two days.
Snowfall could potentially cause traffic disruptions in Naran, Kaghan, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and Shangla on Monday evening, night, and Tuesday. Additionally, windy thunderstorms may pose a risk to loose structures such as electric poles and solar panels.
Peshawar is expected to have a minimum temperature ranging between 5 and 7 degrees Celsius on both Monday and Tuesday.
In the past 24 hours, cold and dry weather dominated most parts of the province, with partly cloudy and freezing conditions observed in the upper districts. Malam Jabba experienced 5 mm of rain and 2 inches of snowfall.

In Peshawar, the minimum temperature was recorded at 05°C, with relative humidity reaching 61% during the morning.
