By using the NIA Act of 2008 against Yasin Malik, the Indian government has crossed all moral and legal limits.

Malik’s 11-year-old innocent daughter Razia Sultana is demanding the whole world for her father’s release whereas his wife Mashal Malik is also trying to show the ugly face of India to the world.

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement on Yasin Malik’s imprisonment in India, “We have expressed our deep concern on several occasions over the demand of death penalty against Yasin Malik by the Indian authorities,” the FO said.

The OIC Liaison Group also condemned the move in its statement last year.

The Foreign Office said life sentence awarded to Yasin Malik is unfair.

Yasin Malik’s life sentence marks denial of fair trial, Foreign Office said, adding that Malik is currently in inhumane conditions in the notorious Tihar Jail, Foreign Office maintained.

“We will continue to raise our voice against the injustice done to Yasin Malik, Foreign Office declared.
