Bhatti writes to make learning easy for students

Karachi: An engineer turned educationist named Professor Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti is an author of more than 200 books on different subjects.

Known for his contribution to the field of education and literature for 20 years, Professor Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti not only believes in teaching but also believes in spreading knowledge through books as much as he can.

He has authored books on different subjects including English, Sindhi, Urdu, Science, and Social studies, besides formulating English to Sindh dictionary as well so that English learning could be made easy for students.

He started writing books 15 years ago, focusing mainly on academic books to groom and polish students more. His books are also read by students in different schools. A rising Sindhi poet who composes his creativity in the English language displays his values through his English poetry. The optimistic poet has also authored a book of poetry in English titled Unshed Tears which has gotten the attention of literary critics. In this book, his titular poem Unshed Tears is believed to be the longest English poem ever written by any Pakistani poet.

Bhatti aims to contribute to the field of literature and to make the learning process easy for the students who had to experience distress following their textbooks which carried hard content that they could not understand. He believes that he is still learning from society and his seniors, and will keep writing to make things easy for students.

Bhatti has also formed a website Sindhipedia that provides knowledge about the unsung heroes, culture, and historical sites of Sindh. Several organisations have organised exhibitions of books for students written by acclaimed writer and educationist Prof. Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti that had attracted droves of students from across the province.

While talking to this ascribe, Bhatti said that he was learning from society and his seniors, and would keep writing to make things easy for students.

The literati of Sindh always extoll his ability to interpret the poetry of Shah Bhattai following contemporary society. Veteran educationist and poet late Qalander Shah Lakiyari burnished his skills when he was a student of MA English at the University of Sindh.

” Sain Qalander laid bare my writing skills and made me explore the real essence of life”; Bhatti mentioned. His message for youth is to stay firm on aim and work relentlessly for the development of this country in whatever field they are in.
