The Chrysanthemum Flower Exhibition 2022

This week, the Chrysanthemum Flower Exhibition 2022 opened for Lahore’s people at Jilani Park as part of the city’s tradition during the winter season. The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) organised this ‘festival of colours and fragrances’. Flowers of various colours blossomed during this cold season. Families from all walks of life visited the park to enjoy the sight of beautiful flora at the exhibition. Many visitors particularly interested in learning about how to care for and grow Chrysanthemum flowers also participated at the different kiosks.  On this occasion, PHA Vice Chairperson Hafiz Zeeshan Rasheed said the flower exhibition during the Winter Family Festival is a ‘special gift’ of the season for the people of the walled city. More than 100 varieties of the Chrysanthemum flower were part of the event.
