COAS visited Frontier Corps HQ, lays floral wreath on martyrs’ graves
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has visited the Frontier Corps Headquarters (North) here on Friday.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that COAS imparts floral wreath to commemorate the martyrs.
According to ISPR, Army Chief also visited the museum and fort galleries, and appreciated the role of the FC in bringing peace and stability to the province, including Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Army Chief paid tribute to the martyrs and their families who sacrificed their lives for their motherland saying that the phase of economic development is beginning today due to security forces, said ISPR.
COAS said that operations successes are turning into sustainable peace and stability.
The ISPR said that Corps Commander Peshawar was along with Army Chief during his visit to the Frontier Corps Headquarters.
