Earthquake of magnitude 5.2 jolted northern areas of Pakistan, no loss of is reported till yet.

As per details, earthquake struck Malakand, Swat, Mardan and other cities. US Geological Survey reported that the epicentre of earthquake was Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan.

Rescue services are on the spot. No casualties and injuries reported. People have come out from their houses while reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba.

Earlier on 11th January 2020 an earthquake jolted different cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Earthquake of magnitude 4.8 hit Malakand and its suburbs.

Geological survey said that depth was recorded as 15 kilometer, moreover, the epicenter of earthquake was 58 km from Chilas.
