State Minister for Narcotics Control Shehryar Khan Afridi has tested positive for coronavirus.
Shehryar Afridi announced the news on his official Twitter account. He tweeted that he has quarantined himself.

State Minister Shehryar Afridi tests positive for coronavirus
Pakistan reported 78 more deaths from coronavirus in one day. A total of 1,395 people has lost their lives in Pakistan due to Covid-19 so far.
According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has reached 66,457.
In addition to this, 2,429 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in 24 hours.
Over 532,037 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in Pakistan and 12,020 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours. Apart from that, 24,131 have recovered.
According to details, Sindh has the highest number of positive cases. The number of positive cases is 26,113 whereas 427 people have died in the province.
Also, Punjab has 24,104 confirmed cases whereas 439 people have died.
Furthermore, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 9,063 confirmed positive cases, and 445 coronavirus deaths have been reported.
