K Electric’s unannounced loadshedding continues in Karachi

The power situation in Karachi has deteriorated further due to heavy rain.

According to details, power has been cut off in different parts of Karachi since last night.

Power outages in several blocks of Gulshan-e-Iqbal including Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-13 D-1, Block-13 D-2 and Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Azizabad.

However, due to power outage since last night, there is a shortage of water in the houses.

Consumers say that K-Electric’s stubbornness should be stopped immediately. Despite repeated complaints, no hearing has been held. The company is still playing with the lives of the people by turning off the electricity.

It is to be noted that due to the extreme heat, the citizens of Karachi are already so disturbed by the unannounced load shedding of electricity that even their night’s sleep is not restful and the irony is that further increase in load shedding has been announced.

The power supply was also suspended in several areas of Karachi last night while the intense heat added to the woes of the residents of the area.

It is to be noted that heavy rain started again in different parts of Karachi, making the weather pleasant.

According to details, heavy rain with thunderstorm in different areas of Korangi, FB Area, North Nazimabad and other areas of the city while heavy rain has also started around the airport.

The rains made the weather in the city very pleasant, while the rain also caused water to stagnate in many areas due to poor drainage system.
