Lieutenant Nasir Khalid of Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom along with four soldiers in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in North Waziristan tribal district, on Thursday evening.
According to the initial reports, Lt Nasir Khalid from Pakistan Army embraced Shahadat in an IED Blast in NW. He was a graduate of Royal Military Academy Australia. An Orphan, his father was the police, Shaheed.
However, taking to Twitter Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry paid tribute to the brave departed soul.
Chaudhry posting a picture of Lt Nasir, wrote, “Another brave heart sacrifices his life for the sanctity of his motherland, a mother returns his son to soil for the soul of the nation, RIP Coln sb! Pakistan is indebted to you forever.”

About Lieutanant Nasir Khalid
Lt. Nasir Khalid had a promising military career ahead of him having graduated from the Australian Defence Force Academy.
He had completed the 137 Long Course from Pakistan Military Academy (PMA).
