Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi on Tuesday emphasized on maintaining highest level of Combat readiness.

According to the PN Spokesperson, Naval Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi attended the Pakistan Navy Operational Commands Seminar held in Karachi as a chief guest.

While addressing the seminar, Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi emphasized on preserving highest level of Combat readiness and to develop strategies with evolving threats in maritime domain.

CNS Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi also highlighted various initiatives undertaken by the Pakistan Navy to maintain a potent force capable to defend Pakistan against maritime challenges.

Moreover, the Naval Chief commended panel members for presenting well research papers and organizers for conducting seminar in professional manner.

On Monday this week, Naval Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi visited the headquarters of Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) in Karachi, where he was briefed on the duties and operational activities of the Maritime Security Agency at the Maritime Operations Center. Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi also visited the Maritime Rescue Coordination Center at the headquarters.

On the occasion,  CNS Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi said that Maritime Security Agency’s efforts to combat illegal activities in the country’s territorial waters are commendable.
