Defence Minister Parvez Khattak Tests Covid Positive

Defence Minister Parvez Khattak has tested positive for coronavirus,  the Sindh Governor has confirmed in a Tweet.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail also sent good wishes to the federal minister and prayed for a speedy recovery.

Earlier today, President Dr Arif Alvi has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus here on Monday (today).

Taking to Twitter, the President wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. May Allah have mercy on all Covid affectees. Had 1st dose of vaccine،but antibodies start developing after 2nd dose that was due in a week. Please continue to be careful.”

President Alvi has also prayed for all the COVID-19 affectees and urged the masses to stay very careful as the new wave is more serious than the previous two.
