Imran Khan Secured Vote Of Confidence At Gunpoint: Maryam Nawaz

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said that Imran Khan has secured the vote of confidence at gunpoint.

She said this while talking to the media regarding the vote of confidence in the National Assembly.

Maryam Nawaz said that today the Prime Minister got a fraudulent vote of confidence, a vote of confidence was taken from the PTI members at gunpoint adding that they had turned parliament lodges into a bunker with armed guards patrolling them.

The PML-N leader said that if Yousuf Raza Gilani won a seat, the rulers lost their mental balance and went insane. The rulers were defeated in the people’s court. Those who saved them should now accept the decision of the people.

She further said that what happened in Islamabad today was similar to the situation in the US, Pakistani Trump tried to save himself.

She said that this selected government has been defeated in the people’s court and it should accept that.

On the other hand, addressing a luncheon of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Bilawal said that a select puppet system was running in the country which had set a new record of restrictions on media and judiciary and political opponents.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the country has been running a hybrid system for two and a half years, this said has introduced a new method to take political revenge.

He said that one Senate seat has exposed the entire system, one seat proved that the Prime Minister has lost the majority in the National Assembly, now the President of Pakistan himself has accepted that Imran Khan has lost the parliamentary majority.

He said that now the PDM would decide how long the Prime Minister and the Speaker would remain in office.

Bilawal said that abusing and accusing is the tradition of the selected but no matter how much they cry now, the fact is that Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has won the senate seat.
