Security Guards Open fire at protesters in Gujranwala

At least two people were killed in a dispute between Private Housing society and Local inhabitants in Gujranwala.

According to the details, the inhabitants were protesting for their demands when a heated exchange of words between the security guards of the housing society and the protesters escalated into a scuffle.

The security guards then opened fire on protesters resulting in two deaths while injuring many.  After heavy clashes in the area, a heavy contingent of police and rescue officials reached the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital

However, the protesters have reportedly blocked the GT Road, and said that they won’t move an inch till justice is served.
