Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal on Tuesday said all projects in the science, technology, and engineering sectors will be restarted at a faster pace.
He was speaking at the National Centre for Artificial Intelligence in Islamabad after assuming the charge earlier in the day.
The federal minister said the government will focus on providing access to young scientists and engineers to the international state-of-the-art education and skills, so they become a production house for the international IT and science industry.

About the political situation of the country, the federal minister said the current challenge before the coalition government is to revive the economy and improve access to international markets.
Ahsan Iqbal said we have to overcome the deprivations of the people of Balochistan and restart work on the stalled China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
